A dynamic flow created by synchronising the breath with a specific series of postures produces intense internal heat and a purifying sweat that in turn detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body and calm mind.

It is a slow and passive in style, poses are held for longer periods of time to access deep connective tissues of the body, providing nourishment and circulation for the joins & fascia, increasing flexibility. In doing so, a Yin yoga practice can strengthen and harmonise the flow of Chi energy, bringing us back into balance and vitality.
The stillness and quietness of this practice creates a soothing and very valuable life space to balance the very active pace of modern life, as well as other yang-like physical activities.

A series of postures based on a modification of the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Series. It designed to wake up the nervous system while promoting a spirit of change and freedom in practice. Larry Shultz designed an asana sequence that would invigorate and strengthen with advance postures while still staying accessible.
