Thank you for your interest in my page and in my yoga journey!
I am from Russia, born into a multicultural family. My “Yoga Journey” officially started in 2008 whilst living in Moscow, however Yoga had previously revealed itself to me many years before this in different forms.
Since I was a young girl I have had an active lifestyle; as a child and young adult I regularly practiced Acrobatics and Dance. Later in life I tested myself in learning and performing as a “Mannequin Statue; Alive Doll” artist. It was so cool! ;)
Experience & Qualifications
I originally studied Biology & Chemistry, and Teaching Methodology for 5 years. After that I took an extra year of the Applied Psychology course. I am fascinated by the human body and the mind, constantly working on expanding my knowledge about it.
A friend who was a Sahaja Yogi first inspired me to try Yoga, which I found met my desire for spiritual and physical development. This led me to the practice of Yoga for my own wellbeing.
I spent 6 years practicing Iyengar and Iyengar based yoga; this helped me to understand the key alignments of the postures and how to perform them safely.
After just one Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga class I fell in love with this practice. I felt that it brought me closer to the physical, mental and spiritual transformation that I was seeking.
Having experienced the benefits of yoga for myself I found myself wanting to share it with other people. As a result I embarked upon my teaching journey; in 2016 I completed 200 hours of Ashtanga Vinyasa & Rocket Yoga Teacher Training with “The Yoga People” in London.
Newly inspired and empowered, I started teaching Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series, Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Rocket Yoga classes as soon as I finished my training.
In 2019 I deepened my knowledge of Yoga by taking 50 hours "Yin Yoga and Elements" Teacher Training, again with “The Yoga People” in London. I find that Yin yoga beautifully balances my yang practices, making my life more whole.

My Vision
I am very passionate about Yoga. For me it is a way to learn about myself and to connect with inner wisdom; a way to keep body, mind and spirit healthy and in tune.
I love to inspire people to discover and experience the different sides of Yoga, to help them to improve their health and wellbeing.
Yoga is a philosophy and lifestyle, which I am learning to live by.

She takes the time to explain reasons behind moves, gets your sweating and working hard, and has great insight to know just how to move you deeper into a posture- or when to leave you alone to work through your frustration! She'll work with you at any level, without judgement, and I always leave a class having learned a little bit more about myself.
Thank you, Tasha xread less

Cried if it’s been a really tough week as she just gets you to a place to let go. Tasha’s Yin Yoga is the best ever. If you’ve never tried this then go along to a session! You’ll be hooked ! Tasha is a brilliant teacher. She encourages you and makes everyone laugh - even when you think you can't do soemthing - she explains how to overcome the problems and there you are - balancing, stretching, bending like a yogi of many years experience!

I was very sceptical about yoga when I first started but I knew I had to do something to get me stretching. Tasha’s never ending positivity and enthusiasm have had me doing things I never thought I would try let alone do and I’m having a giggle doing it.
